CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Before you light your candle always trim wick to ¼’’. Never leave candle unattended or in reach of pets or children. We suggest only burning candle for 4-5 hours at a time.
FRAGRANCE PERFORMANCE:
If candle doesn't release strong fragrance:
~Allow candle to burn 3 -4 hours each time you light your candle . This allows the wax and wick to properly heat & emit fragrance.
~ Move candle to different area to avoid drafts from vents.
NOTE: Single wick candles are used in smaller spaces to enhance the fragrance performance. Double and triple wicked candles works better for bigger spaces.
Tunneling, Mushrooming ,Soot isues:
If you happen to experince any of the problems above:
To avoid tunnleing the intial burn of candle should be for atleast 1 hour or until wax pool has reached the edge of candle.
After burning candle more than 4 hours you may experince mushrooming of wick.( wick begans to form shape of mushroom and soot may fall into wax pool.) If this happens extinguish flame allow wax to harden trim wick to 1/4" and relight.
If flame is self-extinguishing ensure the wicks are completely extinguished. Use a large cotton balls or paper towel to absorb some of the wax near the wicks of the candle. Safely dispose of the what you used to absorb wax and ensure no debris is left in the wax. Relight your candle. Candle should begin burning properly. If you experince your flames danicing you may have forgotten to trim your wick before burning, we also sell wick trimmer check them out!
